Cut cards are highly recommended to reduce dealer errors. Not
only do they prevent the bottom of the deck from being
displayed, but they also allow the dealer to complete the cut
accurately.
The easiest way to use these cards is for the dealer to place
the deck and cut card on the table close to the cutter. That
player then takes all or part of the deck and places it on top
of the cut card. The dealer takes the leftovers and places
them on top of the cards that the cutter moved and the deck is
ready to deal, with the bottom completely concealed from
wandering eyes!
